The Real New Orleans Style Restaurant in Marble Falls

I ate there on August 11, 2020 for lunch. I had the shrimp basket. Plenty of food for a lunch basket and cooked just right. Service was outstanding!

Jambalaya was good, red beans and rice was tasty as well as the fried shrimp. Very Religious atmosphere and the time between getting our drinks and the waitress taking our order was WAY too long! As a matter of fact we were just about to get up and pay for our drinks and leave when she finally came.

Great food and service. Reasonable pricing Real clean. Go there every chance I get

We look forward to eating at this restaurant every time we travel to Marble Falls from Fort Stockton, Tx. We try as many dishes as we possibly can and take GUMBO home. The shrimp and grits make us want to cry they are so good. This is an experience you don’t want to miss. Their story is worth knowing.

Hands down the Best food here in Marble Falls!!! We went there today to Celebrate our Anniversary and OMG we will definitely be back!!! Their food is to die for and the amazing staff was so attentive and amazingly very sweet. Thank you all for making our special day that much more special!!!

Where to begin....the most amazing clean piece of catfish I've ever had! Blackened chicken PoBoy was excellent! Such an amazing and kind staff. Their Hurricane Katrina story is shared on a monitor in the dining area and it's a lovely story. Found a diamond in the rough. Will definitely return with the rest of our family.

Authentic and delicious. Louisiana girl living in Texas and doubtful of anything “Cajun” this far west. No need. Hands down the best Louisiana food in Texas bar none. Amazing ownership and staff. Friendly and kind. Did I mention delicious?

Excellent food. The best catfish i have ever eaten. The Red beans and rice were good enough to make a meal of. Next time im ordering the same thing with an extra side of Red beans and rice.

Had the fried chicken and macaroni and cheese. Both were delicious. . The service was excellent. My daughter had been there with her husband a few weeks ago. I am a pretty good cook and very picky about my food. We drove an hour and a half and it was was worth the drive. Best chicken I have ever had.

Was looking for a dine-in store in MF and found y'all open on 7-22-20. It had been quite a while since I ate there because the 1st time was not good. But this time it was good. Could have been a little better and here is how. Either fry the oysters a little longer so they won't be wet on the plate or let them drain out before serving them. I enjoyed them anyway. Wanted to order onion rings but can't stand thick cuts. So try cutting the onions rings 1/4 inch thick and single batter them on request. This adds a lot more flavor to the product and isn't heavy with batter and wet onion. Took home an order of lunch etouffee. Will comment on it later. My waitress was a sweetheart. Will come back again from Llano, TX.Well, I ate the étouffée today and it was really tasty. Just the right amount of seasoning and sauce with a lot of shrimp. Even the "GREEN BEANS" were quite good (not a green beans man). Y'all go chow down there.

My husband & I rode to Marble Falls on our Anniversary to eat at The Real New Orleans & it was well worth the trip. We got fried fish, oysters, shrimp, & crabcakes. I got a bowl of gumbo & a bowl of crawfish etouffee. Everything we ordered was off the chain. It was very good & would highly recommend it. We are looking forward to going back in the near future. They truly brought New Orleans to Marble Falls. DELICIOUS!!!!

The food here is INCREDIBLE. Anything with crawfish, the fried chicken, and surprisingly... the green beans are the best ever. Service has always been slow here, been coming for 5 years or so. Just make sure you arent in a rush and this place will not disappoint!

Authentic Cajun cuisine. Excellent flavor. Superb service. Very clean restaurant. True believers. We found this establishment online as we were driving through Marble Falls. We have never been to this restaurant before and plan to return.

Ate here today! Im eating here tomorrow! And I may get a plate to take back home to San Antonio on Sunday! The flavor is so good!

Family owned small town restaurant with fantastic Cajun style food! My wife and I had share the Dinner Pont, crawfish mac and a crab cake and it was all amazing. The food was delicious and the bread pudding was phenomenal! The service was incredible! We will be returning!

The food is the best I've eaten by far. The atmosphere is beautiful. Good food good people good customer service. What more can ask you ask for.

Best salad ever! I ordered a vegan cob salad. The chef came to our table and asked if I would like jalapeños, bell pepper, and onions added. Yes please! This is what I got. Best salad ever! Our server, Kitty, was not only attentive, but took the time to show us the best route through the Hill Country for our trip through Central Texas. Thank you for a great dining experience!
